Studies estimate that as many as 1 in 3 girls and 1 in 6 boys will experience some form of child abuse by the time they reach the age of 18.

The Columbia Gorge Children's Advocacy Center works to prevent child abuse and to minimize the trauma to child abuse victims through the coordination of the local community's response. This compassionate and multidisciplinary approach facilitates the investigation, assessment and intervention and prosecution of child abuse.

Children should be seen, and heard.

The Annual Harvest Hope for Kids fundraiser is October 5, 2018 (6-9) at Wild Wood Events.

An endowment fund to benefit the CGCAC has been established at the Gorge Community Foundation. Specify "The Kids Fund" when you log onto to donate.
